The Comedy Castle is located at 310 South Troy Street, Royal Oak, MI 48067. Click here for a map of the Comedy Castle’s location.

Self-parking is available across from our venue on the SE corner of Troy and 3rd for $10.

Metered spaces are available in the 44th District Court Parking Lot which is located 100 yards away from the Comedy Castle on the NE corner of 3rd and Troy St. There is a four (4) hour maximum.   

The VFW Hall located on 4th and Troy Streets on the SW corner has parking in their lot located on Troy across from the hall for unlimited time for a minimal fee.

The new parking structure located on 11 Mile between Williams and Main on the South side of 11 Mile is just a couple of blocks north of the Comedy Castle and offers the first two (2) hours of parking for free. 

Metered parking is also available on the streets and in surface parking lots.  The new metered parking will allow three (3) hours only of paid parking.

Our policy is 18 and older.

We encourage you to leave the following items in your car or at home, otherwise they will be placed in the coat check area.

  • Purses that exceed 11″X 15″X 6″ or any style purse that is worn on the back should be left at home or secured in your vehicle 
  • All backpacks, tote bags, briefcases, luggage, camera bags, umbrellas and packages must be checked into the  coatroom, left at home or secured in your vehicle 
  • You are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages, food, or weapons of any kind.

Thursday 7:30pm, Friday 7:15pm and 9:45pm & Saturday 7:00pm and 9:30pm Hours do vary during Special Events, summer months and holidays so please check our calendar for each event.

About 90 minutes.

We start seating 30 minutes prior to the show’s start.

Thursday shows: $15-$30 Friday/Saturday shows: $20-$35. Special events are listed on the calendar.

Special event shows have higher ticket prices; the comedian works off the door.

There is a two item minimum. This could be two drinks or one drink and one food item per customer.

ALERT: Due to increased fraudulent tickets being sold on social media sites, please be careful before purchasing.  The ONLY tickets that we will honor are tickets sold through ETIX  on our website, in person at the club or by calling the Comedy Castle directly.  Thank you and please be careful of bogus ticket scams.

No. We now accept both printed or digital versions of tickets.

Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.


Unfortunately, yes. We ask all members of the audience to turn off their cell phones, be courteous during the show and not talk or be disruptive. If an individual (or a party) are being loud, interrupting the comedian on stage or acting in a disruptive manner then we will politely warn them once. If they do not settle down, then they will be promptly escorted from the showroom. There will be no refunds of any kind.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

The State of Michigan has lifted their executive order on masks indoors.  Patrons are no longer required to wear masks, however they are still recommended for the vulnerable and unvaccinated.
