Ted Alexandro
Ted Alexandro was born and raised in Bellerose, NY, the second of five children. He started his comedy career as part of the duo “James & Ted” with his good friend, Hollis James, whom he met while at Queens College. Ted began performing standup comedy as a solo act. For the next five years Ted taught elementary school music in NYC’s public school system by day and performed at open mics by night. Ted’s paternal grandmother did say, “Well, at least you have your degree. You can always go back to teaching.” Ted has performed on David Letterman
