Can I pre-purchase tickets?
Yes. We encourage you to use the ETix link to select your seat or table in advance.

Why do ETix cost more? What is a convenience fee?
They charge a small fee. You are able to select and reserve your seat in advance when purchasing your ticket on line with ETix. 

How does the seating work?
If you didn’t buy your ticket on line through ETix, then you do not have a reserved seat. It is first come, first seated for window sales or phone ticket sales. If you buy your ticket on line with ETix then you can select and reserve your seat or table.

Do I have to have a reservation? Or can I just show up and walk in?
You can walk in, but our shows tend to sell out. So we recommend you make a reservation or
buy your ticket on ETix.

What are the box office hours?
Tuesday 10am-2pm Wednesday and Thursday 10am-9pm

Do you provide anything special for birthdays?
The week of your birthday we’ll give you four free tickets to that Friday’s show. Special engagements are excluded.

Have you ever asked an audience member to leave? Why?
Unfortunately yes. We ask all members of the audience to turn off their cell phones, be courteous during the show and not talk or be disruptive. If an individual (or a party) are being loud, interrupting the comedian on stage or acting in a disruptive manner then we will politely warn them once. If they do not settle down then they will be promptly escorted from the showroom. There will be no refunds of any kind. We will not permit any member of the audience to ruin an evening’s entertainment. So please be thoughtful, courteous and respectful of the comedians on stage and also other audience members.

Do you have an emergency number for my babysitter?
Keep your cell phone on vibrate for emergencies.

Do you offer stand up comedy classes?
Yes. We offer classes in six-week sessions, on Saturdays. The cost is $175 per session.

Do you have open mic night?
Every Wednesday at 8pm is open mic night. Tickets are $3. Call the previous Thursday to sign up, and call back Saturday to see if you made the list.
